Practice is currently scheduled Monday - Friday 5:30-7:30 at

What- First day of practice
When- Friday Aug 1st
Time- 5:15 p.m. Practice starts 5:30 p.m.
Where- Citrus and just above the 210 freeway
1. original Birth Certificate
2. current utility bill
3. physical form
4. Report card-current- If your child has a 2.0 or under
you must see coach Black after practice
These are not Fontana Pop Warner rules
This is a National rule and must be followed .
5. Jug of water or something to drink during brake .
6. Must have a jock strap on and worn daily
7. Shoes- regular tennis shoes or cleats if you have them,
cleats have to be hard rubber not metal.
I wouldn't buy cleats until the 4th or 5th practice to
sure he he wants to play.
8. No watches, earrings, necklaces, or Pierce tongue, Medical I.D. ok.
9. Everyone is welcome at practice to watch "not to coach"
